Customized & Personalized Items
Because personalized items are created just for you, all customized and personalized products are final sale.
This includes items with names, initials, dates, or custom designs.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available on these items.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items such as clothing, accessories, and non-custom gifts:
- Must be requested within 10 days of purchase
- Item must be unused, unwashed, in the original condition, and be in a fully re-sellable condition
- Original receipt is required for a full refund
- Exchanges must be for an item of equal value

Seasonal & Sale Items
All seasonal items, limited collections, and sale or clearance items are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. 💛
Be sure to include photos and your order number when reaching out.
